Terms and Conditions:
- Payment for the yearly subscription shall be effected in full 5 days prior to the subscription start date.
- GBEL Media may in its sole and absolute discretion refuse any subscription request. Such refusal shall be communicated to the client in writing within 7 days of receipt of the subscription request and GBEL Media shall be under no obligation to provide any reason for such refusal.
- GBEL Media undertakes to take all reasonable care to ensure the proper functioning of the advertising service. However, GBEL Media shall not be liable in the event of an absolute or partial inability to make use of the service arising from a ‘force majeure’ from circumstances beyond the control of GBEL Media, or in an event arising out of the act of the client.
- Any clients choosing a plan from GBEL Media shall be responsible to ensure that it has the relevant authority/license as may be applicable for the purpose of the advertisement concerned.
- No provision of this agreement may be amended or varied without the express written consent of GBEL Media.
- By entering this agreement, the client agrees to be bound by GBEL Media Terms of use and Privacy Policy.
